1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Athion Studio website, operated by Athion Private Limited.
Registered office: Athion Private Limited, IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun 248001, Uttarakhand, India.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Website information
The website provides general information about Athion Studio, its services, capabilities, systems and selected work. Service descriptions and other website content are provided for information and discussion purposes and do not by themselves constitute a binding offer or contract.
Prices, scope, timelines, deliverables, revision allowances and other commercial details may change and should be confirmed in the final proposal or agreement.
3. Project engagement
A project becomes binding only when Athion and the client have formally agreed to the applicable scope and commercial terms. An enquiry does not guarantee that Athion will accept or undertake a project.
Proposals or quotations are subject to the validity period and conditions stated in the applicable proposal. Final project scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, revisions, payment terms and other conditions are governed by the final proposal or agreement accepted by the parties.
Athion may decline an enquiry or project at its discretion.
4. Payments and project terms
Project-specific commercial matters, including payment schedules, taxes, advance payments, refunds or cancellations, project commencement conditions, delivery timelines, revision limits, scope changes and third-party costs are governed by the applicable proposal, agreement or invoice rather than these general website Terms.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing, the Athion Studio website and its Athion-created content, visual design, written copy, code, original graphics, brand elements, service names, systems and methodologies are owned by or licensed to Athion Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing on this website grants you a licence to reproduce, copy, redistribute, modify, scrape, commercially exploit or systematically extract Athion content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
6. Client-owned materials
Client-owned materials remain the property of the respective client or rights holder. A client providing logos, photographs, text, product information, documents, brand assets or other materials to Athion is responsible for ensuring that it owns those materials or has the necessary rights and permissions for Athion to use them for the agreed project.
Clients are also responsible for the accuracy and legality of information they provide and must not knowingly provide material that infringes another person's or organisation's intellectual-property or other legal rights.
7. Portfolio and completed work
Athion may showcase completed client work in its portfolio to demonstrate its capabilities. Where appropriate, Athion may identify the client or business and describe the services provided, and may display relevant screenshots, designs, logos or project visuals, subject to the rights applicable to those materials.
Athion will not intentionally disclose information that a client has specifically agreed should remain confidential.
8. Interactive service recommendation tool
Athion Studio includes an interactive service recommendation tool intended to help visitors explore Athion's own services and systems. The tool is based on Athion's service information and is provided for general guidance.
Its recommendations do not constitute a quotation, contract, guarantee, professional advice or commitment by Athion. Visitors should discuss their actual requirements with Athion before making project or commercial decisions.
